The door and the embedded parts must be manufactured according to the manufacturing details (including the technical specification and the design modification notice, the same as the following) after the examination. If there is any modification, the engineering design unit should obtain written consent. The modified contents shall be recorded in detail and used as the basis for drawing the as-built drawings for manufacturing.

　1、冰冻问题：由于北方特殊的季节因素，进入冬季后拦河建筑物便停止运用，坝面下游泡在水中的液压缸极易受到冻胀，液压杆变形，来年建筑物运行受到影响。这就要求在设计时充分考虑冻涨因素，避免冻胀。同时，设计时应考虑钢筋混凝土弧形闸门冬季受冰剪切的问题。
　　2、子堤设计：由于北方河流大多为山区河流，这样的河道河底比降大，流速快，冲击力也大。按照南方已成工程实例。
